Legal Basis for Processing

The Data Controller processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).

Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a)-(c) GDPR for the purposes of: concluding a service agreement, fulfilling legal obligations, establishing and pursuing or defending against claims, handling complaints and inquiries, technical support, financial settlements, and sending commercial information (with consent).

Your Rights Under GDPR

The Data Controller transfers personal data to third countries only when organizing tours outside of Poland, for the purpose of proper performance of the agreement (e.g., hotel reservations).
