These rules and regulations determine: terms of use of the website, terms of agreement on tourist-related services and contract termination, terms of personal data protection, form and means of payment, and ways to file a complaint.

Booking and Agreement

• You can conclude an agreement by purchasing a selected tour via contact form or e-mail.
• Our team will confirm availability and price, then send booking confirmation with payment details.
• Payment is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Unpaid bookings will be cancelled.
• By making payment, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the tour program.

Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer: Traditional transfer to the bank account specified in your booking confirmation.
• Online Payment: Credit card and electronic transfers via secure SumUp payment system.

Changes and Cancellations

Zakofy reserves the right to amend the agreement not later than 12 hours before the start of the tour. You will be informed via e-mail about any planned changes.

Complaints

• If you notice any issues during the tour, notify the driver immediately for on-the-spot resolution.
• Formal complaints can be filed within 30 days after the tour via e-mail to office@zakofy.com.
• Complaints will be examined within 30 days. Please include detailed claims and explanation.
